Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We are factory.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q: Does the base separate from the filter?

A: I never even thought to try to take it off. But I'll check. It looks like a solid one-piece metallic filter. 

Q: If I wanted to use a paper filter with this could I use the #4 cone?

A: I don't see why not, but paper soaks up the oils of the coffee and that is where a lot of the favor comes from. The mesh is so fine there is no reason to use a paper filter.
